HIP HOP SATURDAY… Let’s get together and learn some new dance moves while getting a cardio workout in a class based on hip hop moves! Whether you’re an out-of-shape beginner or an experienced dancer, this class is for you. All ages welcome. Don’t be shy!

WHAT TO EXPECT……
Two BLAST members — Jackeey Bish and Sarah Malega — co-own the Zoo Health Club, and have created this private class just for BLAST women. It will accommodate all levels of fitness. You can sit in a chair for some or all of the exercises if you need to. (Participants will sign a standard gym medical release form prior to the start of class.) We’ll begin with gentle stretching and move into a fun dance session.

• Water and maybe a small towel
• Wear loose fitting clothes and gym shoes

ABOUT OUR TEACHER ……
Jackeey Bish is a personal trainer as well as a theater and dance performer. She knows how to inspire, and to help others perspire through teaching basic hip hop moves. She is patient with beginners and women who are just starting to work on fitness, and will challenge those who are already in shape and looking to improve their actual dance skills.
