St. Andrew’s — in collaboration with Core Ensemble — presents “We Continue: A Music Theatre Work Exploring the Lives of Three Heroic Indiginous Women”

THE PROGRAM …..
“We Continue” dramatizes and celebrates Sacagawea (Shoshone guide and interpreter for the Lewis-Clark Expedition)… Zitkala-Sa (Yankton Dakota writer, musician, educator, and voting rights activist), and…Wilma Mankiller (first female chief of the Cherokee Nation)….Performed by the Core Ensemble (actor Francisca Munoz; cellist Syneva Colle; pianist Alfonso Hernandez; and percussionist Michael Parola). A reception and fellowship hour will follow the concert.
