FUNdraising Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament

Come have fun playing no-limit Texas Hold'em with tournament rules for a great cause. Let's raise money needed to pay for our ongoing BLAST expenses. (As you know, BLAST doesn't charge membership dues, and we sponsor as many free events as humanly possible.)

TIME ...
• 1pm: We'll start gathering to socialize, snack, and get ready.
• 1:30pm: instructions given, everyone to their assigned tables.
• TOURNAMENT PLAY STARTS AT 1:45pm SHARP. If you arrive after 1:45pm, you can watch and hang out, but you won't be able to join a table in progress. The blinds will keep increasing at frequent intervals.
• The tournament will end when one player prevails.

COST ...
We are asking for a $20 donation (more if you can, less if you can't). You will be playing for a little trophy, bragging rights, and you’ll get your $20 back.

PARKING ….
PLEASE CARPOOL IF YOU CAN! Sugar Sands is not a gated community. Park in any GUEST spot (parking lot next to building), or in the cul-de-sac down the block. We are trying to minimize traffic congestion at the front curb. Our elderly neighbors thank you!
