Join us for a spooky Halloween hike in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park and Green-Wood Cemetery at the peak of fall foliage season.

We’ll meet at Grand Army Plaza’s Bailey Fountain and travel through woods rich with fall colors, into Brooklyn’s last old-growth forest, across graceful meadows and along waterside trails.

New this year, the journey continues into nearby Green-Wood Cemetery, where we will explore the beautiful landscape and visit the final resting places of famous LGBTQ+ individuals. The total length will be around 8 miles.

We’ll finish with food and drinks at Greenwood Park, an indoor/outdoor pub nearby.

Access the meeting point using the 2 or 3 train to Grand Army Plaza, the Q train to 7 Av, or the B41 bus. Arrive early if you wish to stop by the farmer’s market nearby. Bring water and snacks and wear comfortable walking shoes. A few bathrooms will be available along the route. You assume all risks and responsibilities for yourself. BLAZE is not liable to any accidents or injuries that occur during the event.
