Picture a small boardroom or co-working space a little before six. Four chairs around one table, no stage and nothing to click through. Someone is rereading their own notes from the form they filled in a week ago. This is not a talk. It is a working session, and for the next two hours the problems on the table are real ones.

Here is how the two hours actually run.
The first part is focused. Each of the four attendees gets dedicated time to work their specific challenge, using a brief we prepared beforehand. One case at a time, properly worked, not skimmed past.

The second part is collaborative. Once every case has had its turn, the room opens up to the patterns sitting underneath all four, since South African markets rarely behave the way the textbook says they should. This is where someone who solved a version of your problem two years ago turns out to be sitting across the table.

The third part is open. The last of the coffee, and the kind of conversation that does not fit neatly into either of the first two. Several of the relationships that come out of a Briefing Boardroom start right here.
Before the session, you tell us about your business and your challenge, and we prepare against it directly. Afterwards, you get a one to one conversation to map out what comes next.

This is for founders who have raised funding and are working out their next move, established business owners generally R1 million+ in revenue facing a real growth or competitive question, and anyone weighing whether to enter a new market. It is not for anyone after general advice or a networking evening rather than two hours of focused work.

Attending is free. The session is held in a boardroom within a coffee shop or co-working space, so refreshments are available to purchase on site throughout, buy whatever you like as you go.
