About the guest speaker:
Stephen Leitch is the Managing Director and lead design engineer at SWE and has been designing and project managing water-related projects in Marlborough for nearly two decades.

Stephen comes from a line of several generations of engineers so it was perhaps no surprise that he would find his calling in engineering too. His studies in dairy effluent design and horticulture are perfectly married with his engineering background in his role.

SWE provides end-to-end solutions for the efficient management of water, power and wastewater. The company acts as strategic partners for clients in the wine industry, civic projects, and the primary sector. SWE prides itself on acting as strategic partners for clients, providing efficient and environmentally-sustainable solutions with expert design, excellent advice, and exceptional service.
