**WELCOME BLERDS!** Blerd's mission is to a create a dope tribe of people with a shared love for Subjective Fiction, Videos Games, Comics, Manga, Graphic Novels and all things Nerd/Geek culture. Meet-ups will include Movies, Dinner, Conventions, Meet and Greets, Coffee, Dancing and other fun activities.

**GROUP POLICIES**
RSVPs: 24 hour notice required for any RSVP changes.
No show Policy:
*2 no shows in a row and you will be blocked from all events for 30 days.
*2 no shows within 30 days and you will be blocked from all events for 30 days.
*3 no shows in a row or within 30 days will result in removal from the group.

Removal/Bans:
We reserve the right to remove any member(s) from events and to ban any member(s) from the group.

Code of Conduct:
Behavior including but not limited to threats, bullying, sexual harassment, violence, and intimidating behavior will NOT be tolerated and will result in an immediate BAN from the group.

Blerd is simply shorthand for black nerd (black + nerd = blerd). Blerd describes people of color who enjoy things nerdy and geek regardless of gender, skin tone, sexuality, etc.
