This is a live online class on Zoom. To receive the link for attending the class, please do the following:
- Pay the class fee by selecting the class date/time under the "select a date" tab. For Venmo or Zelle, contact the organizer (Delia).
- Fill in your name and sign the class disclaimer, and then send it back to the organizer.
- Once we receive the signed disclaimer and your payment, we will email you the course link. If you don't receive the email, please contact the organizer or check your spam folder.

Course Structure:
- Weekly 2-hour class, part practice, part theory
- Each week builds on the teachings of the previous week
- You will learn something new in every class.
- With each class, you will receive detailed printed material covering all the practical and theoretical elements of that class. This will set you up for safe individual practice at home. Upon request, you will also receive recordings of the classes you miss.
- By joining this course, you are also joining both an online and worldwide community of like-minded, open-hearted colleagues and instructors, always ready to support and assist you in your spiritual journey.
What to expect:
- The course advances gradually, beginning with essential theory, warm-up exercises, and relaxation techniques.
- Yoga poses are taught systematically to prepare your body and energy system for advanced breathing techniques (Pranayama).
- Concentration techniques are given to prepare the mind for deep meditation.
- Special initiations are given into secret mantras used in meditation, which can enhance your life in many ways.
The course includes:
- Exploration of the seven chakra system and how to awaken the chakras through yoga poses and other yoga methods
- Study of the moral and ethical principles of yoga -Yama and Niyama
- The Law of Karma
- Laya Yoga initiation (a powerful meditation technique that leads to transcendental experiences)
- Yoga Nidra (the Yoga of conscious sleep)
- Sacred eroticism, the polar couple relationship
- The Art of Blessing
- Health and diet, detox methods, and much more
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yoga practitioner, this class will help enhance who you are and what you do, adding tremendous value to your life.
Please wear comfortable clothing and refrain from eating a heavy meal for at least 2 hours before class. You will need a yoga mat and a blanket.
Your teacher:
Delia is a yoga practitioner with more than 30 years of experience and has been teaching yoga in the USA and Europe. She is also a Holistic Health Coach and Life Dynamix Wellness Specialist. She is passionate about guiding students on a journey of self-discovery toward the spiritual meaning of life and the mysteries of their inner universe. She regards yoga as a path to enlightenment and bliss.
