We begin the session with Chakra Healing yoga followed by Chakra Healing guided meditation, and end it with beautiful sound bath yoga nidra. These are ancient healing and energy balancing techniques that are highly potent in releasing stress, cleansing aura, thereby making a person completely relaxed and refreshed.
