Get your hike training kick-started by joining BlisterPop for Leg Day. We will be running these leg sessions weekly on Wednesdays at 5:30 am. All sessions start at Damonte Ranch Park.

Expect 3 miles+ of walking with moderate to strenuous effort. Scale to your fitness, ruckers welcome. Allow for approximately 1 hour of hiking. We leave at 5:30 am on the dot.

This is a casual meetup - you participate at your own risk.
You may be required to sign a waiver.
