Join thousands of enthusiastic rodeo fans for an event that highlights local and national African-American rodeo competitors and embraces the rich tradition of Black rodeos, Arizona & Black entrepreneurs as August is Black Business Month.
The action-packed rodeo will feature: bull riding; tie down roping; steer wrestling; ranch bronc; ladies steer undecorating; ladies barrels; team roping; pony express; and junior barrels.
Get excited during the grand entry parade and presentation featuring Black cowboy and cowgirl history. Join in the laughs with banter from the rodeo announcer and rodeo crew. Dance to a mix of music by a live DJ. And, cheer on the contestants as they muster up lots of good ol'-fashioned grit and gumption for prize money and bragging rights!
