What we’re about

This organization will focus on a local, on the ground effort that lays out valid pathways and resources to make someone hirable for a role. We will evaluate job descriptions to find commonality and identify certifications, training programs, online and hybrid learning resources that will deliver the necessary skills to make that person an attractive hire within a reasonable time frame.

We believe that in order to attract good people we need to meet them where they are, the status quo of networking through meetup groups, sharing information on LinkedIn and collaborating with professional organizations is not reaching those who are interested and capable but sit outside of the corporate echo chamber.

This comes a crucial time. The potential gains for someone with a median income to be able to double their salary within a year is a life changing opportunity that can affect their next two generations. With this effort we can address the current pipeline problem that many corporations are dealing with in their struggle to hire capable and reliable talent while maintaining salaries at competitive levels.
