Study Group #7 - Blockchain Internals made simple

Blockchain is the foundational technology behind bitcoin and many other crypto-currencies. Art Nicewick has prepared a foundational presentation that animates the Blockchain process, so the study group can get a better understanding on how blockchain technologies work. This includes an animation of the blockchain encryption process, and explanation of mining and “Proof of Work”, and a explanation of the decentralized nature of the technology. Art has presented this at other area meetups, and had extremely good feedback, in this iteration of the presentation Art plans to expand the explanation of smart contract with illustration of smart contract use cases.
