Our events are focused on the technical side, but no programming experience is needed. Familiarity with the most basic blockchain concepts will be assumed. Don’t come looking for a trading advice.

Omer Zohar - Security researcher. For over 12 years, Omer has done multi-disciplinary research on malware infrastructure, malware behavior and detection methods. On his last position as Head of Research for TopSpin security, he investigated malware C&C infrastructure, protocols and created a behavior based detection engine that also Correlates reputation data and Deception overlay. He is the author of 'Deceive and Succeed: Using Deception for Post-Breach Detection' (Defcon 2016) on how malicious actors interacts with various deception mechanisms. Currently, Omer is working on exploring the opportunities new technologies such as blockchain might create for the bad guys to improve their infrastructure and how to mitigate them.
