How to bring Belgium into a breakthrough innovation with the blockchain?

The blockchain is at the crossroads of where the internet was 20 years ago, where we had public and private networks (Internet / Intranet), in blockchain we speak of permissionned (such as Hyperledger, Corda using Proof of Authority mechanisms by example) or Permissionless networks (such as Bitcoin Ethereum etc).

Past and recent innovations bring, have brought and continue to bring many innovations on the political, ecological, social, economic and political levels, but also raise legal, tax and ethical questions.

I am Christophe Maertens from FPS BOSA facilitate the talk and discussion around the Blockchain4Belgium initiative that brings together all the key-players, institutions, and citizens in a bottom-up & co-creative dynamic. From the start it has a European, and Global perspective.Blockchain4belgium Launch will take place on the 16th March, join us for this amazing day with +35 international and recognized speakers

Many topics and key issues will be addressed in a transversal and inclusive approach.
