About the Public Chain Technology Alliance (PCTA) (https://bitsclubvp.io/pcta.html)
PTCA was founded by the Bitsclub Vision Program (BVP) with the aim of forming an open, cooperative, and inclusive public chain alliance.
BVP officially launched the PCTA on October 24, 2018, with the goal of improving the current situation of vicious competition and closed development within the blockchain industry. The alliance’s goal is to create a healthy ecosystem of public chains with open and mutually beneficial practices. Each alliance member will leverage their unique strengths to jointly develop public chain technology standards. The PCTA will also work with BVP partner projects on the promotion of public chain standards, technology, and applications.
