What is x402?
x402 was a HTTP status code reserved for "Payment Required", this eliminated the need for API keys, accounts, and subscriptions. And today can it can allow machines to pay for access, like AI agents. x402 is a true gateway for AI agents to function in the internet economy, you can't get very far if you're not paying for things.
