It's time for another informal meetup to chat about all things Bitcoin and blockchain-related. Free and open to all.

Former Dogecoin Foundation Board Member Ben Doernberg (@BenDoernberg) will be calling in for a chat. Well-known within the community for his work uncovering recent scams (https://letstalkbitcoin.com/blog/post/lets-talk-bitcoin-156-the-moolah-story), we'll be chatting about a range of topics that affect the current crypto-currency ecosystem.

Ben is a digital currency consultant, community organizer, and advocate for a technological future that gives the power to the people. In 2014 he raised money for charities and organized online and offline events on the board of the Dogecoin Foundation. Prior to that he served as National Chair of Restore the Fourth, a grassroots movement opposing mass surveillance by the NSA, and worked as a technology policy analyst in Washington at Public Knowledge. Ben is a graduate of Wesleyan University, where he studied the sociology of social movements and the Internet.

What's the plan?

The purpose of the Meetup is to educate, inform and to introduce people to others who share an interest in finding out about and discussing the implications of this fast-developing technology.

We welcome everyone, no matter your background - from hardcore coders to those who are simply curious to find out how this revolutionary technology is likely to affect the future of business, society, government, the internet of things, entrepreneurship, the music industry, law, accountancy, investment, financial services.....and so much more.

There's no such thing as a daft question.
