Sieng Van Tran, President of Dragonchain Academy
Sieng has over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship focused on e-learning, e-commerce and digital media. He founded iLearn.To, which was the first UK internet company and delivered over 500 online courses from Harvard, McGraw-Hill, and BBC for Business. In the past decade, Sieng has built up a strong partnership with accelerators and conglomerates in Asia, including a partnership with a Korean Government Agency and Hanwha, one of the top 10 conglomerates in Korea.

Cyman Huang, COO of Seattle Bitcoin
Cyman is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of the American Luxury Lifestyles (ALL) Group, a private hedge fund that caters to the freedom for the elite by sea, air, and land. He is the Founder of SC Equity LLC, Cyman Inc, creativo LLC, and a non-profit fight2END.org, all privately held companies. Cyman also had senior tenureship at JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Sterling Savings Bank, Caliber Home Loans, Golf Savings Bank, Cobalt Mortgage, 1st Security Bank, and RE/MAX.
