Pop-up Cities, Special Economic Zones and the Emergence of the Network State

Fellow Bitcoiners and blockchain friends, we are excited to host Xenofon Kontouris, who will talk to us about pop-up cities and special economic zones he has personally visited. Xenofon is a web3 Entrepreneur, Pop-up City nomad, and policy advocate. He is the founder of ZuForever and Athens Labs, entities active in Web3 and the Pop-up City Ecosystem. He has written extensively on this emerging phenomenon of Network States, and has been active in both SEZs and web3 since 2015.

The presentations will be in English and attendance is free. The meetup starts at 7:30pm.

The meetup venue is the Hellenic IT Museum (Ελληνικό Μουσείο Πληροφορικής) at Petrou Spiropoulou 2, Moschato 183 46, a block away from the Moschato metro station.
