Agile Portfolio Management failing fast forward – Many practitioners are familiar with the concept of Portfolio Management, yet we are rarely talking about the same kind of portfolio management. However, in Agile the portfolio layer is rarely used or implemented late in the transformation. In this presentation, we utilize an engaging interactive approach where we will cover some of the common best practices, the reality of scaling, bits, and pieces on frameworks and possible the application of hybrid and tailoring in Agile Portfolio Management, all from an agonistic perspective.

The presenter is Klaus Nielsen (GBD.dk), an experienced international practitioner/trainer (PMI, Scrum and DevOps), university faculty and author of several global publications, just recently publish a comprehensive work on Agile Portfolio Management.

His most recent book Agile Portfolio Management: A Guide to the Methodology and Its Successful Implementation “Knowledge That Sets You Apart” was published in September 2021.
