State of the ICO Market

To moon or not to moon: that is the question.

"Mooning" in cryptocurrency means a coin or token takes off like a rocket ship, with exponential growth. It will have a trading chart that is 'up and to the right!'

Mooning also has some other definitions:
"to behave in a listless, aimless manner."
Or "to expose one's self in order to amuse or insult."

In this discussion, not only will we explore which definition best fits the current state of the ICO (initial coin offering) market, but also we will talk about the regulatory environment, where all this ICO money is coming from and what we can expect from ICOs in the future.

We will also cover the limitations American citizens have when it comes to investing in these exotic assets and the risks involved.
