    • We’re looking for organizers to test this new tool. You’ll be providing feedback, reporting bugs and you’ll also be able to connect with other organizers who join the beta.

Top Q&A Questions:

  • Is there a public roadmap for product updates?
    • Dan: The reason why we don’t publish a full roadmap is because it’s a living document that always changes. The thing we want to be able to do is to share the goals and what we’re trying to accomplish over time and to get feedback during that process.
  • If I opt in to the beta, will the new format transfer existing events in my group?
    • Alex: Right now, for our beta users, you would have to recreate any existing events in the new scheduler. But we are working toward having the events converted automatically.
  • Will the new event scheduler let us have multiple photos? Is there a character limit for event descriptions?
    • Alex : Right now, it’s one photo only, but we’re working toward allowing more photos and videos down the line. There’s also no character limit on event descriptions right now.
