Your Menstrual Cycle and Mental Health Challenges

Details
I’m happy to invite all women to the workshop on 15/11 to discuss our menstrual cycle/periods in relation to mental health challenges.
Women are often ridiculed for changes in our moods as a consequence of our cycle. We are called dramatic, not taken seriously, and our experiences are considered ‘hormonal and therefore not real’.
Our hormones have a significant impact on our mental wellbeing and this can seriously impact our quality of life.
Together we will take a closer look on how hormones impact our mental wellbeing, we can share our experiences, and we will practice with how to support yourself when you face these challenges.
You will walk away with:
- A better understanding of the 4 seasons of your cycle
- A better understanding of how mental health challenges are linked to our cycles
- A self-care plan of dealing with your mental health challenges
Feel free to text me to see if this is the workshop for you!

What did other people say about this workshop:
“This incredible and inspiring workshop has changed forever the way I relate to my cycle and my body. I arrived feeling confused, disempowered and just thinking about my period and the days leading to it as something painful and uncomfortable. I left the workshop feeling empowered with my body, discovering the beauty of the cycle and its different phases (seasons!) and the positive sides of bleeding”
