Lori Costabile is a powerful force for transformation -- a seasoned Embodied Healing Coach & Medicine Woman who guides others home to themselves through sound healing, breathwork, meditation, and plant medicine.

For over 25 years, Lori thrived as a salon owner in San Francisco, immersed in the art of beauty, but always behind the chair. It was there that something deeper was unfolding, a sacred space where stories were shared, hearts opened, and the seeds of healing were planted.

After building a picture-perfect-life, a successful business, marriage, family-- Lori faced an inner void she could no longer ignore. The stillness of the pandemic became her awakening. She made the bold choice to leave it all behind and follow the truth of her soul.

Now, Lori channels decades of lived experience, intuitive wisdom, and spiritual depth into transformational work that empowers others to face their pain, reclaim their power, and rise.
