I love teaching group fitness and hope to share that enthusiasm with you.
I will be teaching classes every Tuesday at 9am. If there is sufficient interest, we can also add Thursday.
I have some basic equipment I will bring, but ultimately we will focus on bodyweight exercises to build strength, mobility and flexibility. Balance and coordination are also top priorities as we age well.
💪🏻The workout will be 5 min warm up, 30 min no cardio strength and conditioning, followed by 10 min stretching/cool down.🧘🏼
I've chosen Patriot's Point because it's easily accessible with plenty of space. Let's meet by the splash pad in the newer section.
