🌱 Welcome to Blooming Sessions
A nature-based community in Amsterdam for those seeking presence, grounding, and connection.
We gather in local parks for breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, and simple practices that bring us back to ourselves. These donation-based sessions are open to all - you're welcome as you are. You don’t need any prior experience, just a willingness to slow down and show up.
Bring: a mat or towel, comfortable clothes, and an open heart.
Location: Park sessions will be announced weekly.
Hosted by Paulina Karp — mindful leadership coach, yoga & meditation guide.

Mindful Yoga and Meditation in Vondelpark
Across Picasso Statue, Vondelpark, Amsterdam, NLI’m happy to open the season again and invite you to a mindful yoga practice in the park 🌿
Join me for a slow, intentional session that combines movement, breath, and meditation - a space to reconnect with the body and the present moment in a simple, grounded way.
The practice is paced slowly, but may include moments of strength, core engagement, and balance work. Everything is guided with awareness rather than performance, with an emphasis on staying present with sensation and breath.
This practice supports nervous system regulation through mindful movement, breath awareness, and periods of stillness. This year, we will be meeting in a different location than last season! It will not be the usual spot.
All levels are welcome. Beginners are warmly invited, and no prior flexibility or experience is needed, only curiosity and willingness to explore mindfulness.
✨ What to expect:
- Mindful movement guided by breath
- Slow flow with elements of strength and balance
- Meditation woven into the practice
- Nervous system regulation through awareness and pacing
- Connection with nature, and yourself
✨ What to bring:
- A yoga mat or towel
- Water
- Comfortable clothes (preferably layers)
📍 Meeting point:
The exact spot will be shared closer to the date. Please double-check the meetup page before joining, as this year we are meeting somewhere different from last season’s usual location! The session is weather-dependent. I’ll confirm or cancel 1–2 days in advance, and in uncertain conditions, possibly up to 3 hours before - so please keep an eye here, especially when the weather is fickle!
This is a free, donation-based session and part of a growing community offering.
I’m Paulina, a certified yoga and meditation teacher and coach, and I’d love to practice together and welcome you into this space. 🌿
