If the weather allows - come join me for a gentle, grounding yoga session under the trees in beautiful Vondelpark.
This class is designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and presence - no matter your level of experience. We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and create space for softness, energy, and calm.
This is an all-levels session: beginners are warmly welcome, and no flexibility is required.

- A relaxing closing meditation
- Connection with nature, and yourself

- Comfortable clothes
We'll meet in Vondelpark — the exact location will be shared with those who RSVP.

This is a free session and part of a new community offering. I’m Paulina — a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness guide — and I’d love to practice together and welcome you into this space.
