Serenity Sound Healing and Meditation

Bhante Chan & Lucy Sky will use various musical instruments to create meditative soundscapes using crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, bells, and percussion instruments.

Every 2nd Saturday of the month 4:00 - 5:00 pm
At the Blue Lotus Community House

Please arrive at least 15 min before the session to secure your space. Bring a blanket, pillow or anything else to build your own "nest" so you feel comfortable during the session.
