OnlineAn Embodied Experience: Guiding You Through the Wild Edge of Sorrow
There is a sacred rhythm within grief — a wild, tender edge where sorrow and love meet.
An Embodied Experience: Guiding You Through the Wild Edge of Sorrow is an 11-week journey of sacred remembrance and gentle transformation. Together, we will move through the five gates of grief, exploring the ways loss invites us back into deeper connection with life, love, and one another.
Each week offers a theme and accompanying ritual designed to help you:
Honor your grief as a natural and holy expression of love
Reconnect with your body as a vessel of wisdom and release
Engage in sacred reflection and journaling to give voice to your heart’s story
Experience ritual and guided practice to embody healing and wholeness
This is not a space to fix or rush grief — it is a sacred container to witness, feel, and honor it. You will be held with compassion as we move through reflection, ritual, and embodied practice — allowing grief to guide us gently back to love.
You do not need any prior experience, only a willingness to show up with an open heart.
Begins: Thursday, November 6th
Duration: 11 weeks (via Zoom, with in-person gatherings for Weeks 1 & 11)
