Yoga Teacher 16 Hour Certification

This course provides the basic skills needed for a teacher to teach a yoga class to a well population in a community setting. The community setting would include places such as a church, workplace and or a community center. Course content includes basic anatomy, safety with respect to creating a yoga class and basic crafting/sequencing of a yoga class. Measurement of accomplishing course objectives includes a return demonstration of competencies as well as a written test.
