Bandy Creek is a spacious and modern campground, situated in The Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area--a vast and scenic expanse of land that offers visitors countless recreational activities. Bandy Creek combines the experience of traditional woods camping with the modern conveniences of flush toilets, hot showers and electric hookups. Sites can accommodate groups and both RV and tent camping.

HIKING
THURSDAY-on the way down to Oneida, stop at Buffalo Arch, 1.5 miles rated Easy. Then drive to next trailhead, hike Twin Arches, Tackett Homestead, Charit Creek Lodge and Hatfield Ridge Overlook. 6-8 Miles, Elevation gain 1200, Moderate to challenging due to miles & elevation gain total, (bonus go Arch hunting. find Hatfield Ridge Arch)
FRIDAY-John Muir and Leatherwood Loop add Sunset Overlook , lollipop- 9 miles, and Devil's Slot Canyon requires repelling down a rope.
SATURDAY -Honey Creek Loop 5-6 miles, rated Moderate, leaving from the same trailhead hike to Beaver Falls, Out and Back, 5 miles rated Challenging due to mileage and elevation. Both trails combined estimated 11 miles.
SUNDAY-Dome Rock House-4 miles, out and back -- Bronco Overlook-3.5 miles out and back- Total 8 miles- Moderate. before leaving drive to Rock Station Camp Chimney (along side the road near Station Horse Camp.
