Join us Tuesday night—We’ll kick things off with an energizing 3-mile walk along the paved path—perfect way to enjoy some fresh air and good company. After our walk, David—an excellent yoga instructor—will guide us through a gentle, all-levels yoga session in a beautiful open green space, perfect for stretching, unwinding, and recharging.
Come out, move your body, connect with others, and enjoy a laid-back evening in the park. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, water, and a friend!
Optional- stick around afterwards and walk across the street to get ice cream at Crank & Boom.
