Welcome to Kaas Plateau, A UNESCO World Heritage Site in Maharashtra’s Western Ghats, is home to over 850 species of flowering plants that bloom across just 1,000 hectares- earning it the title “ Valley of Flowers of Maharashtra”. This Plateau is highly monsoon dependent and has a short flowering window.
Trek up to Sajjangad and Ajinkyatara Forts, chase waterfalls at Thoseghar and Vajrai, spin past the windmills of Chalkewadi, and soak in the quiet magic of Nagaraj and Dholya Ganapati Temples. Comfortable stays, home-style vegetarian meals, and a journey by AC train and Tempo Traveller — all sorted, so all you need to do is show up and soak it in.Tentative Itinerary
