Collab Business Model Workshop!

Meet us on the last Tuesday of the Month to learn, discuss and practice Business Model Generation (BMG), the Canvas, a little bit of Lean Startup and overall business common sense.

This methodology is a simple way to get a high level view of your current or future business and understand how each part of it integrates and interacts with the others. We use the Canvas, a simple diagram, to map these parts and interactions.

While fairly simple, this methodology is a very powerful tool.
