Our CONNECT event series are welcoming, lightly structured community gatherings designed to help people meet new faces, strengthen existing relationships, and feel a little more at home.

Batten down the hatches, we're setting sail for Heavy Seas Beer in Halethorpe! Prepare your swashbuckler energy. It's got a sprawling taproom, a laid-back game room for when you need a break from mingling, and a brewery that's been slinging bold, pirate-approved beers for over 30 years.
What to Expect

• 🧩 Low-key icebreakers and activities designed to help you connect.
• 🍻 Our signature community toast to celebrate new friends and shared moments.

Venue

• 📍 Location: 4615 Hollins Ferry Road, Halethorpe, MD 21227
• 🍔 Food: Kooper's Pit Stop food truck is on-site (outside food isn't permitted)
• 🚗 Parking: Free on-site lot, first-come first-served
• 🍹 NA Options: Dominion Craft Sodas (root beer & ginger beer) plus a rotating non-alcoholic beer — alcohol is always optional!
• ♿ Accessibility: Spacious taproom with ground-level entrance. Reach out if you need details.

• 7:00 PM | Welcome & Check-In - quick intros
• 7:15 PM | Connect — mingle, guided icebreaker prompts
• 8:00 PM | Community Toast — celebrate our community
• 8:15 PM | Open Social — float between conversations
• 8:45 PM | Close-out — final goodbyes, announcements
