March is Women’s History Month, and we’re honoring the strength of women — not just the strength you see, but the strength you build quietly from within.
Join RJ Lennon for a powerful and restorative Core & Release class designed to help you stand taller, move stronger, and breathe deeper.
This 60-minute experience blends:
🔥 Intentional Core Training
Build deep abdominal strength, improve posture, protect your lower back, and enhance overall stability. Functional movements and controlled progressions make this workout accessible yet challenging for all levels.
🧘🏾♀️ Release & Lengthening
We’ll close with guided stretch, mobility, and breathwork to release tension in the hips, back, and shoulders — areas where many of us carry stress. Leave feeling aligned, grounded, and restored.
