Athletic Stretch with RJ Lennon | Recovery + Restore

After your run—or simply as a powerful way to start your weekend—join us for a 45-minute Athletic Stretch session led by RJ Lennon, designed to help you reset, restore, and move better.

This guided class focuses on improving flexibility, mobility, and muscle recovery—helping you reduce soreness, prevent injury, and feel stronger for your next workout.

You’re welcome to join whether you participate in the Fit Happens Run Club or not. This session is open to all ages and abilities, and no experience is needed—just bring a mat (if you have one) and come ready to unwind.

What to expect:

  • Full-body stretch and mobility work
  • Breathwork and intentional movement
  • Recovery techniques to support your fitness journey
  • A welcoming, inclusive environment

Time: Saturday at 11:15 AM (immediately following Run Club)
Location: Coppermine Harbor East
