Personal trainers, Chad and Julia, are joining forces to create a unique training program for anyone who’s faced barriers when trying to start running, and they want YOUR input!
On Saturday April 4th from 9-11am, they’ll be set up in the lobby at Coppermine Harbor East to chat all things running. They’d love to hear about your running journey and what challenges you have faced when starting or sticking to a running program.
The best part is that they’ll be scheduling FREE “intro to running” personal training sessions that will focus on individualized needs, injury prevention, and realistic progression.
