Open Source Hack Night + Rails demo + Beer

Details
Good news, everyone! In honor of Baltimore Innovation Week 2012 (http://2012.baltimoreinnovationweek.com/), next week's OSHN will kick things up a nawtch with not one, but TWO special surprises!
First! Flip Sasser and Jonathan Julian will be giving a demonstration on building a Rails app from scratch. We'll talk about routing, the database, the asset pipeline, testing, or anything else you want us to focus on. It's the perfect chance for people who've been thinking of learning Rails to ask questions from friendly human beings who know their way around the framework!
Second! The September 25th meetup will feature the Return of Beer to the event! We're not made of money (sadly), so as an homage to the first OSHN in which beer made an appearance, we'll at least bring a few Bohs. The rest is on you if you'd like to enjoy a cold one while you learn about Rails or hack on something else.
Speaking of which, for those of you that DO want to hack on something else, bring your ideas or come prepared to help someone else out with their idea. It's fun (http://jonathanjulian.com/2011/11/open-source-hack-night/)!
Typically we break into pairs, or larger groups, or whatever seems natural - and see how much we can accomplish in two to three hours. There is no minimum skill level - hacking with other people is a great way to learn, so if you don't have any open source ambitions of your own, or you are still new to ruby, that's okay! Come to help others, and come to learn. Feel free to bounce around ideas in "Talk about this Meetup" below!
Pizza will be provided courtesy of Smartlogic.
