About us
R is an open source programming language for statistical computing, data analysis, visualization, and is becoming more of a general purpose tool.
Although it has many strengths, learning R has been a challenge for new users. Moreover, there are many ways to achieve the same goal in R, so guiding new and old users through best practices can be helpful.
The Bmore UseR Group helps connect the beginner to expert R users in Maryland, provide resources for learning and teaching R, and help support the R community.
