The Baltimore/DC JavaScript Users Group February Meetup

This year has started out great for the Balto/DC JavaScript UG, first with Mike Subelsky showing us SproutCore, and now we have Paul Bary setup to show us Node.js in February.

Presentation:
Paul will be presenting on Node.js, a framework based-on V8 for building scalable network servers using Evented IO. This will be an introductory level talk targeting developers with an intermediate level knowledge of JavaScript.

Paul Barry is a Software Developer from Baltimore, MD. Paul has over 10 years experience developing web applications in a variety of languages and frameworks, including JavaScript, Java, Perl, PHP and Ruby on Rails. Paul is a regular attendee and speaker at local programming user groups.
