BNT Community Wellness Events and Childcare Training

We host bi-monthly meet ups- picnic playdates, CPD Webinars, wellbeing walks, Cocktails and Chill, Games Night, Karaoke nights, Whatsapp and facebook group, a CPD annual Early Years & Wellness Conference NannyCON and an annual Christmas Dinner and Party.

Thrive Community CIC, founded by @nannysharz, is an international, safe, fun, inclusive, and diverse community that focuses on bring domestic workers and early years professionals together through monthly events and CPD Training. We know how isolating it can get working with children in a setting and sometimes how overwhelming it be so we are a reminder to YOU to take a break, rest and socialise outside of work to build long lasting friendships and connections.

Our aim is to support career professionals in the early years and childcare sector that are passionate about elevating their personal and professional development through CPD whilst prioritising your self-care and wellness. All our events are rooted in wellness and aimed at supporting the nervous system to feel calm, well rested and rejuvenated.

We are here to support you throughout your childcare or early years career by providing opportunities for you to build connections, enhance your skills and foster a sense of community through good vibes, positive energy and great connections.
