Join us for an afternoon of Blood on the Clocktower, an immersive social deduction game filled with mystery, strategy, conversation, bluffing, and deception.
Each player receives a secret character and joins either the good team or the evil team. The good team must gather information, compare clues, and identify the Demon before it is too late. Meanwhile, the evil team must create confusion, spread misinformation, and remain hidden.
Unlike many social deduction games, death does not remove you from the experience. Even after your character dies, you may continue participating in discussions, sharing theories, and helping your team pursue victory.
Blood on the Clocktower features more than 300 characters, but this event will focus on Trouble Brewing, the introductory script designed specifically for newer players. It uses approachable characters and mechanics that make it an excellent starting point for anyone learning the game.
No previous experience is required. Before the game begins, the organizers will explain the rules, character abilities, nominations, voting, and other important mechanics.
Depending on attendance and available time, we may run more than one game of Trouble Brewing.
β° Attendance Expectations
- Please arrive on time. The rules explanation, character distribution, and game setup will begin promptly at 2:30 p.m.
- If you are no longer able to attend, please update your RSVP at least 24 hours before the event.
- Cancellations made within the 24-hour window, as well as unexcused absences, may result in permanent removal from the group.
- In the event of a genuine emergency, please notify the organizers as soon as reasonably possible.
- Repeated unexcused absences or repeated last-minute emergency notices may also result in permanent removal.
π€ Code of Conduct
Please treat every participant with courtesy and respect.
Deception, bluffing, suspicion, and accusations are part of the game, but personal attacks, hostile behavior, excessive shouting, bullying, or aggressive accusations directed at another participant are not acceptable.
Please remember that this is a game. Whether you win or lose, everyone is expected to help create a welcoming, enjoyable, and respectful experience for both new and returning players.
βKill with grace, and die with dignity.β
