Hey there, adventurers, thinkers, strategists, and casual gamers alike!
We're so excited to invite you to the very first session of Game Night Therapy, a welcoming, judgment-free space where board games become a bridge to community, conversation, and emotional well-being.
Whether you're here to meet new people, decompress from the week, practice being present, or just roll some dice and have fun, you’re in the right place.
What to expect:
• A rotating selection of fun, thoughtful, and easy-to-learn board games
• Optional end-of-game debriefs to reflect on what came up during play
• A warm community focused on destigmatizing mental health, one game at a time or maybe split into several groups
⌛ Duration: Come for the whole time or just drop in when you can (we’ll be running for about 4–5 hours)
🪑 First-timer? No problem. We'll teach the games. All you need to bring is yourself. (Bonus if you bring your favorite game too, especially if it sparks great conversation!)
We believe that healing and connection can happen anywhere, even around some board games. So come join us, bring a friend if you’d like, and let’s play our way toward something better.
