Join us once a month for a night of mystery, intrigue, and secrets as we play social-deduction games! What is a social deduction game? They are games where players take on hidden roles and attempt to identify the roles of other players, like in Mafia or Werewolf. Since many of these games can support ten or even twenty plus players, this is a great way to meet new people and make new friends (or even new enemies). We will be featuring games like Witch Hunt, Blood on the Clock Tower, Two Rooms and a Boom, Ultimate Werewolf, and more! Will you be an innocent villager or a treacherous witch? A terrified townsfolk or a wretched werewolf? An intrepid detective or a masked murderer? Join us each month and find out!
Admission costs $5, which goes directly to the game host.
Witch Hunt is a game for 7-22 players. A group of Villagers must work together to root out a murderous Witch coven during the day, but each night, the coven strikes back and kills an innocent target. But even for the dead, there is no rest: eliminated players can still influence events and try to protect their teammates from beyond the grave. What's more, each player has a unique character with a simple ability--including the Witches! No one is safe, no one can be trusted, and everyone's a suspect. Join us and find out just where your loyalties lie... but make sure to keep it a secret! You never know who might be watching...
Two Rooms and a Boom is a game for 6-30 players. Two teams will struggle for victory: the Blue Team and the Red Team. The only problem? Each team is divided up randomly in two different rooms, and you have no idea who your teammates are! The Blue Team is working to protect their President, while the Red Team has a Bomber. Over the course of three rounds, players will have to determine just who is on their team and who is an enemy, all while people jump from room to room. After three rounds, if the President is in the same room as the Bomber then... BOOM! The bomb goes off and the Red Team wins. But if the President has managed to avoid the Bomber, then the Blue Team wins! This is a fast-paced game full of twists and turns, where allies and enemies alike are found in the most unexpected places. Join us for a night of doom, gloom, Two Rooms and a BOOM!
Blood on The Clocktower is a game for 5-20 players. A murder has occurred in the town of Ravenswood Bluff, and all signs point to a dastardly demon being the culprit! But the demon can hide amongst the townsfolk by day, and even has a few allies amongst the seemingly innocent crowd. During the day, players will discuss and share information, but most importantly, they will take a vote and try to execute the most suspicious of their fellows, for each night gives the demon a chance to strike! Each player has access to unique information, but who do you share it with? After all, trusting the wrong person could easily lead to a terrible fate. But here, even the dead speak, and deceased players can still try to sway public opinion in their favor. Join us and help root out the murderer in our midst! And never forget: the clock is ticking...
Ultimate Werewolf is an interactive game of deduction for two teams: Villagers and Werewolves. The Villagers don't know who the Werewolves are, and the Werewolves are trying to remain undiscovered while they slowly eliminate the Villagers one at a time. A Moderator (who isn't on a team) runs the game. Each game takes place over a series of game days and nights. Each day, the players discuss who among them is a Werewolf and vote out a player. Each night, the Werewolves choose a player to eliminate, while the Seer learns whether one player is a Werewolf or not. The game is over when either all the Villagers or all the Werewolves are eliminated.
