As part of Boardgamecafe.net's community programme, we host open meetup sessions at our event place BGC Space (which we've been doing since 2005).
Whether you are a veteran board gamer, or just someone who's new to this hobby and wishes to explore, you can find a meetup here that suits you. We hope the blend of each boardgame cafe's ambience & hospitality with our deep background in boardgaming will contribute to an awesome boardgame session for you!

BGC Casual Friday Board Game Meetup CF107
BGC Space, Kuala Lumpur, Wi, MYWhat is the BGC Casual Friday Meetup? It's the perfect after-work activity. We start at 7 PM, focusing on light-to-medium games, making it ideal for those new to board gaming. All sessions include full rules teach.
Prepaid Event Notice
- To secure your seat, upfront payment of the meetup fee is required (via TnG: 60122176828).
- Regulars from our BGC Casual Friday meetups are exempt from prepayment.
- Unpaid RSVP will be moved to "Not going" by the Host after 2 days.
Note: For more experienced gamers looking for medium to heavy games, check out our Saturday and Sunday Meetup sessions.

BGC Euro Sat Board Game Meetup ES08
BGC Space, Kuala Lumpur, Wi, MYWhat is the BGC Euro Saturday Meetup? Euro Saturday is the heavier counterpart to complement our light‑and‑easy Casual Friday sessions. This meetup is for gamers who enjoy meatier Euro games, the kind that take 3-4 hours to play and reward deep strategy. Rules teach will be provided unless stated otherwise.
What's on the table? Game selection is determined by the Facilitators and will usually be announced here. Expect a lineup similar to our Game with Jeff sessions. If those titles are your cup of tea, you’ll feel right at home at our Euro Saturday.
Tentative Game List: Evacuation, Resafa, Underwater Cities with Data Era XP, Stupor Mundi, Pillars of Heracles, High Frontier, 18xx
