Meetup starts @6:00, show starts a @7:00PM
BYOB, check http://www.samisfaction.com for parking instructions, food and booze stores in the area, house rules and more.
The +GUEST number next to my name reflects RSVPs from all other meetups as well as meetup friends that come to my meetups regularly and RSVPd with me directly.
We'll watch the first three episodes of Star-Trek: The next generation back-to-back-to-back. The total time will be 135 minutes, so we should be done by 9:30PM. If people vote for it we'll watch the 4th episode and be done by 10:30PM!
This will be the remastered version of TNG, with redone sound, and effects on a 70" Screen with cinema-grade 6.1 surround sound.
This is an experimental meetup, I'll probably run one or two of these, gauge the demand, and decide whether or not to keep doing these in the future. I don't normally see many meetups on Mondays so I'm hosting it on Mondays.
TALKING: Talking will not be allowed on episodes with an IMDB rating higher than 7.0 Click here to see individual episode ratings. (http://graphtv.kevinformatics.com/tt0092455)
I will be charging $2 for this meetup to cover the bare essential expenses, you can see a breakdown of how the money is spent here: http://www.samisfaction.com/breakdown In this case I'm only charging for "essential expenses" where the rest of the expenses are covered by my "movie nights".
