There are many forms of grounding and there are many ways to do it. Grounding is both an action and a state of being. In the action sense of the word, we may ground ourselves by "Earthing", getting our bare feet on the ground to receive the natural healing energy that the Earth so abundantly provides. This practice has been known to reduce inflammation, pain and stress. It also improves blood flow, sleep and vitality.

However, grounding is in itself, is a state of being. To be grounded within ones self mentally, emotionally and spiritually is incredibly profound and provides extensive value and benefit, vastly increasing the quality of life for those that consistently practice it. When we are grounded, we more easily and efficiently receive greater abundance, our consciousness expands and we more easily and effectively integrate the upgrades and codes that are perpetually available to us through the fields of intelligence as we and the Earth Ascend.

This week at our Saturday Satsang, we will dive deeply into all the details of how and why grounding is so beneficial. We will get into what it means to ground on a day to day basis and practice some highly effective grounding techniques that may be practiced anywhere at anytime to enhance your overall well-being and allow you to receive all that is available to you in any given moment. We will wrap up the hour with a beautiful Earth Star Chakra Activation to support you and enhance your grounding practice.
