Queer Resilience Collective: Building Strength and Connection, Together

Welcome to the Queer Resilience Collective—a supportive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals to come together, connect, and grow. Our mission is to transform anxiety into resilience and lead with love through the power of group support and somatic exercises like movement to reset the nervous system, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation.

In this group, you’ll find a community of like-minded individuals committed to personal and collective growth. Whether you’re seeking tools to manage stress, a safe space to share, or ways to tap into your inner strength, you’re in the right place.

Facilitated by River Braun, a queer trauma-informed embodiment coach, our gatherings include guided practices, group discussions, and workshops designed to help you reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and step into your authentic power. Together, we’ll create a vibrant and compassionate community that fosters healing, empowerment, and joy.
